Dear SGVU Distance Education Team,
I am Vishakh Babu, a graduate of the MBA program in Marketing Management. I completed my course in March 2025 and submitted the required application and payment for my provisional certificate over two months ago.
However, I have not received any update or dispatch confirmation to date. As I am currently based in Abu Dhabi, I kindly request your urgent assistance in confirming the status of my application and expected delivery timeline.

Me also applied for provisional certificate and Degree certificate with mail sent many times but i didn’t yet to response from support team.
I have also applied for provisional certificate and it is more than two months , but still no update. Thanks
Once you get your hard copy consolidate marksheet then you are eligiable and you can apply for provisional certificate/degree and other documents from sgvu.edu.in . Provisional and degree application form are on website, fee of certificats is mentioned on application form. & send the hard copy of form and required documents to University address, Suresh Gyan Vihar University - Distance Education , Mahal Road, Opp. Akshay patra Temple, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan (302017). If you want any certificate at your adress so you have to pay 200/- for courier charge extra.
I have already sent all these documents and fees and it is more than 2 months, but still I didn’t receive the certificates. Can you please check and keep me posted if there is anything pending. Thanks
Will the hard copy of the consolidated mark sheet be despatched by the University free of cost or candidate have to apply for it
