Can anyone tell me where I can escalate the matter as concerened department not giving any concrete response. despite repeated follow-ups, I have only been informed that the matter is "under process" or "will be sent soon," without any concrete timeline.

Me also applied for provisional certificate and Degree Certificate including fees but i didn’t get response from support team.
