Hi Dr. Manish Dwivedi and Team,

I have applied for my Provisional and Degree Certificates as per the defined process. The hard copies were sent via courier, and the soft copies were shared to manish.dwivedi@mygyanvihar.com. Additionally, I uploaded the required documents through the portal with the support of a raised ticket.

Despite following all necessary steps and sharing the documents through the proper channels, I received a generic response stating:
"Have you applied for the same? If yes, send the soft copy of the documents. If not, find the attachment. Download, fill it and send it back with the marksheet & payment details (screenshot). If you want any certificate at your address, you have to pay ₹200/- extra for courier charges."

This response seems to disregard the information and documents already provided, which is unnecessarily consuming time and causing delays.

I kindly request you to review the submitted documents and share the certificates at the earliest.
