Once you get your hard copy consolidate marksheet then you are eligiable and you can apply for provisional certificate/degree and other documents from sgvu.edu.in . Provisional and degree application form are on website, fee of certificats is mentioned on application form. & send the hard copy of form and required documents to University address, Suresh Gyan Vihar University - Distance Education , Mahal Road, Opp. Akshay patra Temple, Jagatpura, Jaipur, Rajasthan (302017). If you want any certificate at your adress so you have to pay 200/- for courier charge extra. 

How to pay 200 Charges

should i pay the 200/- along with 600/- so, transferable is 800/-

or pay 600/- and 200/- separately in the below account as shwoing in the form.

I didn’t get consolidated marksheet but each semester marksheet on my portal. I printed it out and applied in June . I didn’t get any reply yet . What should I do now 

You will have to raise ticket for the physical marksheets, printing the soft copies wont work.

first the physical copies will reach home

then apply for the provisional and degree certificate through a common form on website 

attach documents(copy)  

pay the fees mentioned in form + 200 courier charge

than scan the documents before couriering them to university address.

after sending courier, raise a ticket on LMS where you have to explain  that I have filled form, paid fees, courierd it to uni.

after that it will take atleast 1 month to get provisional certi.

I have got my provisional certi. But I have raised the ticket for degree as it has been 2 months since I have got provisional certi but 

not Degree Certi.
